摘要
为探讨益肾汤 (主药 :黄芪、黄精、丹参 )治疗慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)的作用机理 ,采用 5 /6肾切除造模方法复制大鼠CRF模型 ,然后分为正常组、模型组、益肾汤治疗组 (简称益肾汤组 )、肾衰宁对照组 (简称肾衰宁组 )。对后两组分别喂予相应药物 ,一个月后比较各组大鼠的肾功能 ,以及血SOD、MDA、NO、NOS的变化。结果 :益肾汤可显著降低CRF大鼠的MDA ,升高SOD、NO、NOS ,在改善肾功能方面优于肾衰宁。结论 :益肾汤可显著改善CRF大鼠的肾功能 ,其机理可能与提高大鼠清除过氧化物的能力、改善肾血流有关。
To study the mechanism of “Yishen Decoction” in the treatment of chronic renal failure, five-sixths part of the kidney was removed to establish rat model of chronic renal failure. The rats were randomized into three groups: group A in which no treatment was given, group B in which “Yishen Decoction” was given and group C in which “Shenshuai Ning” was given. After one-month treatment, kidney function, and blood SOD, MDA, NO and NOS were measured. Results: In group B, the MDA decreased while SOD, NO and NOS increased more significantly than group C. It is indicated that “Yishen Decoction” can improve kidney function possibly by clearing away oxidized products and improving blood circulation in kidneys.
