摘要 目的 探讨P2 1 WAF1 /CIP1 、cyclinA在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测4 5例非小细胞肺癌中P2 1 WAF1 /CIP1 、cyclinA的表达。结果①P2 1 WAF1 /CIP1 、cyclinA阳性细胞均定位于细胞核。②P2 1 WAF1 /CIP1 阳性率越高 ,非小细胞肺癌的分化程度越高 ;cyclinA阳性率越高 ,非小细胞肺癌分化程度越低。③P2 1 WAF1 /CIP1 蛋白阳性表达者转移率低于阴性表达者。④P2 1 WAF1 /CIP1 、cyclinA蛋白呈显著负相关。结论 ①P2 1 WAF1 /CIP1 、cyclinA蛋白表达与肿瘤组织的分化程度有关。②联合检测cyclinA和P2 1 WAF1 /CIP1 Objective To investigate the expression of cyclinA and P21 WAF1/CIP1 protein in non-small cell lung cancer and its Significance. Methods The expression of P21 WAF1/CIP1 and cyclinA was examined by immunohistochemistry SP method in 45 non-small cell lung cancer.Results ①Immunoreacton to P21 WAF1/CIP1 and cyclinA was localized in the nucleus of cells.②The higher rate of the differentiation,The lower of the positive rate of expression of cyclinA,and the higher positive rate of expression of P21 WAF1/CIP1 .③Metastassis rate was lower in positive P21 WAF1/CIP1 than that in negative.④The expression of P21 WAF1/CIP1 、cyclinA has significant negative associations. Conclusion ①The expression of P21 WAF1/CIP1 and cyclinA protein is correlated with the degree of differentiation of human lungcarcinorna.②Combined expression of P21 WAF1/CIP1 and tyclinA can be used as the prognosi referential marks in non-small cell lung cancer.
