济宁市小学生龋齿发病情况4年监测

Four Years Observation of the Dental Caries Development among Pupils in Jining

目的 了解我市小学生龋齿发病特点和规律。方法 我们于 1999～ 2 0 0 2年对市区内在校学前班及 1～ 5年级小学生进行每年一次龋病情况调查。结果 患龋率由 76 95 %下降到 6 2 17% ,8岁组小学生患龋率最高。结论 我市牙防工作初见成效 ,但与口腔健康目标相距甚远 ,应加大牙防工作力度。

Objective To observe the regular rule and the developmental characteristics of pupils'dental caries. Methods Investigate carries prevalence rate of the pupils from Grade one to Grade five from 1999 to 2002. Results Carries prevalence rate reduced from 76.95% to 62.17%. The rate in the pupils of 8 years old is the highest. Conclusions Our work in preventing dental caries has obviously effective, but we have not yet arrived at the goal of oral health. We should work hard to prevent the dental caries in the coming years.
