Imaging Orientation and Diagnosis in Insulinoma

目的 探讨胰岛素瘤影像学定位价值与诊断。方法 回顾性分析 2 5例已明确诊治胰岛素瘤患者临床资料。结果 本组患者虽多数具有典型的Whipple三联征 ,但约半数长期误诊。B超术前定位准确率 2 4 % ,CT定位准确率 6 0 % ,DSA定位准确率 5 0 %。结论 胰岛素瘤无特异性症状。B超、CT应为首选方法。

Objective To evaluate the value of imaging orientation and diagnosic method in insulinoma. Methods Clinical date of 25 cases of insulinoma were analyzed retrospectively . Results Most of the cases had typical trilogy of whipple , but half of them were misdiagnosed for a long time . The accuracy of type B ultrasound in the orientation of insulinomas was 24% before operation,that of CT was 60% , and that of DSA was 50%. Conclusions The case of insulinoma is lack of specific symptoms .Ultrasound or CT is the first method to choose.
