摘要
大量研究表明二甲基醚(DME)是压燃式发动机的一种理想清洁代用燃料。由于液态DME具有高压缩性和低润滑性,对供油系统的改造仍是目前开发DME发动机的关键。介绍了一些改善DME供油系统的新技术,双流体热力学泵、可变排量和共轨压力的供油泵及一种新颖的燃油喷射系统;同时也介绍了DME供油系统润滑和密封技术的新进展。
Many investigations indicate that Dimethyl Ether (DME)is an excellent alternative clean fuel for compression-ignition engines. Modification of fuelsupply systemsis the key problem for development of DME engine due to the high compressibility and low lubricity of DME. In this paper some new technologies of improvementof DME fuel supply systems are introduced: Two-fluid thermodynamic pump、Variable-displacement rail-pressure supply pump and a novel fuel injection system, and the latest developmentof sealing and lubrication technology for DME fuel supply systems.
