摘要 通过精制硅藻上、优化催化剂配方和制备工艺,成功研制了高性能中、低温型钒催化剂,在410℃和485℃条件下,中温型钒催化剂的活性为23.0%和92.9%,低温型钒催化剂的活性为58.5%和88.2%。高性能钒催化剂已工业应用于硫磺制酸系统。 High-performance medium-temperature and low-temperature vanadium catalysts were developed successfully through refining diatomite, optimizing formula and improving manufacturing technology. The activity of medium-temperature vanadium catalyst at 410 ℃ and 485 ℃. was 23% and 92. 9% , respectively, and the activity of low-temperature vanadium catalyst at 410 ℃ and 485 ℃ was 58. 5% and 88. 2% , respectively. The high-performance catalyst has heenused in a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant.
