摘要
介绍了“反渗透+离子交换”脱盐水工艺的原理、流程及运行情况。反渗透系统除盐率达98%左右,从而延长了离子交换器运行周期,减少了污水排放量。运行情况表明,“反渗透+离子交换”工艺具有运行稳定、运行费用低、自动化程度高等优点。
The characteristic, process flow and operation of an inverse penetration-ion exchange system for desalting of water were introduced. Operating cycle of ion exchange unit was prolonged with less discharge of sewage, due to 98% desalting rate of inverse penetration unit. Operation showed that the inverse penetration- ion exchange desalting system had advantages of stable operation, low operation cost and high automation.
