摘要
用共沉淀法合成了Al2 -xYxW3O1 2 (x =0~ 2 )系列氧化物材料 .实验结果表明 ,通过调整稀土钇 (Y)的含量 ,可以使氧化物的本征热膨胀系数和宏观热膨胀系数逐渐由正到负变化 .但是由于其结构的各向异性 。
Al 2-xY xW 3O 12 thermal expansion materials are synthesized by co-precipitate method. The results indicate that the thermal expansion coefficient of Al 2-xY xW 3O 12 can be adjusted to the desired values such as near zero and negative by changing the composition. However, the thermal expansion curves show hysteresis loops due to micro-cracks result from structure anisotropy.
