摘要
提出直接从MPEG数据流中寻找和跟踪运动物体的新算法 .寻找是基于运动矢量的区域增长法 ,运动矢量的获得通过一个专门的滤波器 ,该滤波器主要应用于运动物体的边界宏块 ,运动轨迹由DCT的DC和部分AC系数进行校正 ,该方法运算量小 ,能实时处理 。
The new-type calculation is dealt with concerning the tracking of the moving object in video directly from MPEG coded data. The detection is stated by region-growing based on motion-vector homogeneous method. Motion vector of the moving object is obtained by one designed filter, which mainly processes motion vector of macroblockes of the moving object's boundary. The moving object is tracked by the global vector. Our method only needs simple calculation. Experimental results demonstrate its effectiveness.
