四川省学校结核病群体发病现状与对策

A Study on Present Condition of TB Colony Incidence in Schools of Sichuan Province and the Relative Strategies

目的 了解学校结核病群体发病现状 ,采取有效措施加强学校结核病防治工作。方法 对四川省 2 1个市州 2 0 0 0 - 0 1/ 2 0 0 3- 0 5期间学校结核病群体发病情况进行调查和流行病学分析。结果 全省有 3个市 (州 )的 9所学校有结核病群体发病的报告 ,涉及教职工、学生 5 0 33人 ,肺结核发病总人数 97例 (其中涂阳 2 9例 ) ;罹患率最高达 10 4 % ,最低为 0 6 % ;接触者结核菌素纯蛋白衍生物(PPD)试验强阳性率最高 5 1 9% ,最低 2 8% ;PPD试验强阳性率与发病率呈相关关系。结论 学校结核病群体发病现状不容忽视 ,应开展健康教育 ,依法管理学校结核病防治工作 。

Objective To understand the occurrence of TB in schools and then strengthen the control work of TB in schools by taking relative measures. Methods Data of TB incidence in schools from January 2000 to May 2003 was analyzed. Results Reports of TB incidence come from 9 schools in 3 prefecture(cities) of Sichuan province, involving 5 033 staff and students with a total pulmonary tuberculosis of 97 case(29 smear positive).The highest incidence rate is 10.4% and the lowest is 0.6%.The highest intense positive rate of PPD test on contactors is 51.9% and the lowest is 2.8%.The positive rates of PPD test have correlation with incidence rate. Conclusions The occurrence of TB in schools must be paid attention to. It is urgent to strengthen TB control work in schools by management according to development of health education and relative laws.
