摘要
运用文献资料调研、问卷调查等方法 ,对浙江省体育运动学校人才培养现状进行了研究。结果表明 :受市场经济的影响 ,浙江省体育运动学校生源质量呈下降趋势 ,教练员队伍较为稳定 ,体校的训练设施与文化教学条件较为优越 ,但运动训练的科学化水平不高。各级政府应加大对体校的财政投入 ,体校应采取多渠道办学形式广泛吸引生源 ,理顺人才培养过程中的利益机制 。
By using the method of documentary investigation,questionnaire,this paper studies the current condition of sports talent cultivation in sports school in Zhejiang province.The result shows that the quality of students tends to decrease in recent years,the training facility and teaching condition are good,but the training process is not conducted scientifically.The local government should increase the investment,adopts different ways to run school and arrange the benefit of each organization in order to improve the cultivation efficiency.
