对河源市中学生掌握体育与健康基础知识情况的调查

Investigation on Middle School Student's Basic Knowledge of Physical Education and Health in Heyuan City

采用问卷调查等方法 ,对 32 71名河源市在校中学生进行了体育与健康基础知识 6个方面的调查 ,结果发现 :学生掌握较好的是卫生知识 ,其次是运动常识 ,而营养知识、运动损伤预防知识比较欠缺 ,尤其是自我保健和心理健康知识非常缺乏。对此 ,提出

By using the method of questionnaire,this paper investigates 3 271 middle school students' basic knowledge of physical education and health in six aspects.The result shows that students can understand hygienic and sport common knowledge,but lack of sport nutrition and injury knowledge,especially for self-health and mental health knowledge.Based on it,seven suggestions are put forwarded.
