高血压病患者血浆可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1和内皮素水平的相关性及培哚普利对其影响 被引量:2

Relationship between plasma soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and endothelin in the patients with essential hypertension and its changes after perindopril treatment

摘要 目的 了解高血压病 (EH)患者血浆可溶性细胞间粘附分子 1(sICAM 1)和内皮素 (ET)浓度的相关性及培哚普利对其的影响。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)和放射免疫分析法 ,分别对 71例轻、中度高血压患者应用培哚普利治疗前后和正常血压者血浆sICAM 1和ET水平进行检测与比较。结果 EH患者血浆sICAM 1和ET水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,且两者之间呈显著正相关 (r =0 .6 4 ,P <0 .0 1) ,经培哚普利治疗 4周后其浓度明显下降 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 EH患者中的sICAM 1水平较正常人明显升高 ,且可能与血浆ET活性相关。培哚普利在降血压的同时能减轻EH患者血sICAM 1和ET浓度 ,减少高血压并发症的发生。 Objective To measure the relationship between plasma soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1(sICAM 1) and endothelin(ET)in the patients with essential hypertension(EH) and its changes after perindopril treatment.Methods sICAM 1 and ET in 71 EH patients were detected by ELISA and radioimmunoassay before and after perindopril treatment.Results sICAM 1 and ET levels in EH patients were significantly higher than that of normal controls(P<0.01),which apparently decreased after 4 weeks treatment of perindopril(P<0.01),and sICAM 1 was positively correlated with ET(r=0.64,P<0.01).Conclusion The increased sICAM 1 in EH patients might be related to the plasma ET activity.Perindopril can decrease the levels of sICAM 1 and ET while reduce the blood pressure,as well as the hypertensive complications.
