摘要
农村剩余劳动力问题已成为影响我国农业及整个社会经济发展的关键问题 ,从分析我国剩余劳动力产生原因、剩余状况入手 ,探讨解决农村剩余劳动力的转移途径 ,指出农业内部消化和发展小城镇相结合是解决目前我国农村剩余劳动力的根本措施 .
Country remnant labor has been the key problem affecting the whole economy development.The article starts with analyzing the reasons of forming remnant labor and it′s status,discusses the approachs how to transferring it,and points out that the ultimate measure is agriculture assimilation inside combining with developing town.
