摘要
根据黄河水资源特点及黄河下游灌溉状况 ,引黄灌区需水量将逐年加大 ,供需矛盾加剧 .而节水灌溉是缓解引黄灌区水资源供需矛盾和保持生态环境的必经之路 .
According to characteristic of the Yellow River water resource and its irrigation status,the article drop out that needed water quantity for irrigation by the Yellow River shall be great than its water supply year after year.Saving weter is the only way for relaxing in short supply antinomy of the Yellow River water resource and holding environment.
