头体针对脑缺血大鼠脑循环时效关系的实验研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的 :观察头体针对脑缺血大鼠脑微循环影响的时效关系。方法 :应用激光多普勒微循环血流计观察头电针、体电针以及头体结合电针在不同时间内对脑缺血大鼠脑软膜微循环血流量的影响。结果 :头电针从针刺 1min至起针后 2 0min均有显著性增加 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ;体电针从针刺中 15min至起针后 70min ,除 10分min ,均有显著性增加 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ;头体结合电针则从针刺 1min至起针后10 0min均有显著性增加 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 0 1)。结论 :头电针、体电针、头体结合电针均能显著改善大鼠脑软膜微循环 ,但以头体结合电针作用时间最长。 Objectire:To study the time-effect relation of effect of scalp of body acupucture on ischemic rats'cerebrat microcircalation.Methods:The ischemic rats were dlivided three groups:scalp-electronic acupuncture,body-electronic one,and scalp and body one combined with electronic needles.The effect of these groups' acupuctures on ischemic rats'volume of blood flow of cerebrat pia mater microcirculation were observed by laser cluopolar microcircalation blood flow meter cluring different time.Results:The ischemic rats'volume of blood flow in scalp-electronic acupucture group had marbed increasing from acupucture group from acupucting for 15 minutes to 70 minutes after acupucture( P <0.05~0.01);The last group from acupucting for 1 minute to 100 minutes after acupcture( P <0.05~0.01).Conclusion:Scalp-electronic,body-electronic,scalp and body with electronic needles acupucture can all improve microcirculation of rats' cerebrat pia mater,but the effect time in scalp and body acupucture combined with electronic needls is the most.
