摘要
图书馆员的知识素质的高低是影响图书馆发展的重要因素。本文阐述了图书馆员的知识素质的概念、基本构成及新世纪图书馆员知识素质的结构优化 ,提出了制度性约束对图书馆员知识素质乃至整体素质提高的作用。
The quality of the libraries is an important element that affects the development of a library.This article elucidates the concepts about the intellect quality,basic composing and how to optimize the structure of intellect quality about a librarian in the new century,and then puts forward the role of system restriction on improve librarians' intellect quality and the hole quality.
