摘要 参考咨询工作是图书馆为科学研究服务的一项工作 ,现代网络信息技术给图书馆带来了巨大变化 ,数字图书馆是图书馆的发展趋势。本文主要阐述了网络信息环境下图书馆参考咨询服务工作面临的问题、挑战与应对措施。 Information Service is a work of library serving for science and research.Modern network and information technologies have brought a large change to library.Digital library is the developing trend of library.This paper mainly discusses the problems,challenges and reply steps under Internet circumstances.
