摘要
图书馆的人性化服务是图书馆服务工作的一种趋势。它是一种以人为本的服务理念和方式 ,以尊重读者 ,关怀读者为宗旨 ,与读者建立一种平等、亲切的关系 ,促进图书效能最大化和读者的全面发展。从广义上说 ,个性化服务也是人性化服务的重要部分 ,着重在图书内容的开发利用方面 ,本文着重从图书馆的环境和与读者交往方面 ,提出了尊重、沟通、合作原则。
The humanization service of a library is a trend of the library service.It is a service idea and way of regarding people as the basic essentials.Librarians should show respect and concern for readers,establish equal and friendly relations with readers and promote their all-round development and enable the books to fully raise their efficiency.In a broad sense,individuation service is also an important part of humanization service.It emphasizes the development and use of the contents of the books.Laying stress on the library environment and the communication with readers,this article puts forward the principles of respect,communication and cooperation.
