对企业知识管理内涵的再认识

在纷繁复杂的知识管理定义中 ,确认知识管理的内涵 ,对于企业实施知识管理有提纲挈领的意义。本文在总结前人的基础上 ,提出了一个综合性的解释 ,企业知识管理是指企业利用现代信息技术 ,开发企业知识资源 ,调动人力资源学习潜能 ,并建立与之相适应的组织模式 ,推进企业现代化进程 ,提高企业核心竞争力和经济效益的过程 ,并对知识管理的内涵做了进一步的解释。

In all kinds of the definitions of Knowledge Management,it is important for enterprises to identify the connotation of Knowledge Management.This article put forward a comprehensive explanation on the basis of summarizing the past theories.The Knowledge Management of Enterprise means that it is the course of enterprise utilizes the modern information technology,develops the knowledge resource of enterprise,and arouse human resources potentiality of learning, and build up corresponding organization mode,and make progress in enterprises' modernization,improve the key competitiveness of enterprise and the economic benefits.It also makes further explanation on the connotation of knowledge management.
