摘要
本文分析了我国企业在知识产权方面的现状 ,并就入世之后 ,企业应该如何合理使用知识产权 ,达到增强企业竞争力的目的进行了讨论。
This paper analyses the present situation of Intellectual Property in our country enterprise.It point out how to put Intellectual Property to rational use after china accession to the WTO.
