摘要
为了明确天水地区不同海拔高度对小麦条锈菌变异的影响,对采自天水地区高山、半山、川区的感病品种上的条锈菌夏孢子进行了染核观察。结果表明,小麦条锈菌夏孢子的多核率以高山区最多(0.55%),半山区次之(0.50%),川区最少(0.42%)。选取8个夏孢子多核率高于1%的菌系,在高感品种铭贤169上分别进行继代培养,测定供试菌系每代夏孢子的多核率。有些夏孢子多核率下降较快,如97-33等3个菌系,有些夏孢子多核率下降较慢,如97-44等5个菌系。
Using DAPI to stain the urediospores nuclei of wheat stripe rust in Tianshui, we discovered that the multinucleate rate of rust urediospores on the high mountain was the highest, was the middle on the middle height of mountain and was the lowest on the plain. Eight rust strains with more than 1% multinucleate rate were chosen to culture several generations and the multinucleate rate were examined in each generation. The experiment (results) indicated that the multinucleate rate of 97-33 and other two strains were declined quickly, and the other five strains, including 97-44 et. al. were declined slowly.
