高效液相色谱法测定消白酊中丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量

Determination of Tanshinone Ⅱ_A in Xiaobai Tincture by HPLC

目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定消白酊中丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量,以控制该制剂的质量。方法:采用Hypersil ODS柱,以甲醇-水(70:30)为流动相,检测波长为270 nm,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1)。结果:丹参酮Ⅱ_A进样量线性范围16.88～168.80 ng,r=0.999 8;平均加样回收率为100.44％(n=5),RSD=1.37％(n=5)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确。

Objective: To assay tanshinone Ⅱ_A in xiaobai tincture by HPLC in order to control its quality. Method: Stationary phase: Hypersil ODS column; mobile phase: methanol-water (70: 30); detecting wavelength: 270 nm; flow rate: 1.0 mL·min^(-1). Results: The linear range of tanshinone Ⅱ_A concentration was 16.88～168.80 ng and the correlation coefficient was 0.9998; The average recovery of the assay was 100.44%, RSD=1.37%(n=5). Conclusion: This method is simple, quick and accurate.
