高中教师心理健康状况的调查

INVESTIGAI TION ON MENTAL HEALTH OF HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS

目的 探讨高中教师的心理健康状况。方法 采用精神状况自评量表 (SCL - 90 )对高中教师进行调查。结果 高中教师心理健康 (SCL - 90 )因子总分及各因子均值均高于全国常模 ;高中教师中有中度以上心理卫生问题的检出率为 15 .4 5 %。主要心理卫生问题依次为人际敏感、强迫、抑郁、敌对、偏执。女性教师恐怖因子分均值高于男性教师 ;有轻度以下压力感受的教师SCL - 90分值低于中度以上压力感受的教师 ,其有心理卫生问题的检出率为 7.4 % ,低于有中度以上压力感受程度的教师 (2 0 .5 % )。结论 有部分高中教师存在心理卫生问题 ,压力也是导致教师出现心理卫生问题的重要原因之一。

Objective To investigate the mental health of high school teachers. Methods Teachers were surveyed with SCL-90 about their mental health in the high school. Results The average SCL-90 factors with high school teachers were all higher than the national conventional mode. The occurrent rate of mental problems with teachers who have more than intermediate grade mental health problems was 15.45%. Their main mental problems were coercion and depression .The average horror factors with female teachers were higher than those of male ones. The SCL-90 factors with those who have low-grade pression were lower than that of those having deeper intermediate grade pression.The occurrent rate of their mental problem was 7.4%, lower than filosehaumg more than intermediate grade level(20.5%). Conclusion Some high school teachers have mental health problems and it's pressure that leads to the mental health problems.
