摘要 目的 建立一种杨梅黄素荧光分光光度测定痕量锗的新方法。方法 研究了杨梅黄素荧光分光光度法测定锗的方法、条件及各种因素的影响 ,锗与杨梅黄素在磷酸介质中形成配合物 ,此配合物在乙醇溶液中具有较强的荧光强度 ,λEx=4 46nm ,λEm=5 0 6nm。结果 方法检出限为 0 .5 μg/L ,线性范围为 0 .1~0 .5 μg/mL ,高、中、低三种浓度的相对标准偏差分别为 1.83%、2 .4 5 %和 3.5 2 %。 结论 方法简便 ,准确度高、精密度好、共存离子干扰小。 Objective To develop a simple, accurate and precise spectrofluorometric method for the determination of germanium with myricetin.Methods Fluorometric reaction of germanium and myricetin in H 3PO 4 medium was studied. Germanium reacts with myricetin to form a complex in phosphoric acids, and shows intense fluorescence in ethanol solution. The complex has an excitation maximum at 438 nm and emission maximum at 478 nm.Results The detection limit of germanium was found to be 0.5μg/ml. The linear range was 0.1~0.5μg/ml. The relative standard deviations were 1.83, 2.45, 3.52 of ten replicate determinations of high, medium and low concentrations of germanium.Conclusion The method was simple, accurate and precise. The interference of diverse ions was at on low levels.
