摘要 本文用激发波长为1064nm的近红外傅立叶变换拉曼光谱仪(FT-Raman)对一些水果表面上农药进行了测试,结果表明用FT-Raman可以分辨是否有残留农药附着在蔬菜水果的表面。 The Raman spectra of fruits with pesticides were studied by near infrared Fourier transform Raman spectrometer (FT-Raman). It is shown that characteristic Raman spectra of fruits and pesticides were successfully recorded respectively. Thus, one can make use of FT-Raman to detect the pesticides that is left on the surface of the fruits.
