摘要
结合胆固醇与卵磷脂的拉曼光谱,分析了BLM成膜液中胆固醇与卵磷脂的相互作用。得出膜液中胆固醇与卵磷脂的最佳配比为1∶4。室温下,电化学实验的结果表明,以此种比例配置的膜液使膜的稳定性得到提高,导电率减小。
We analysed the interaction between lecithin and cholesterol in the BLM-forming solution according to the Raman spectra of lecithin and cholesterol. The mobility of the lipid membrane can be influenced by the presence of cholesterol because of the interaction. We got the optimum proportion of cholesterol and lecithin is 1∶4 in the BLM-forming solution. At room temperature, the results showed that stability of lipid membdrane increased and conductance decreased using this improved BLM-forming solution.
