摘要
以杨树溃疡病病原菌提取物制备的2种激发子对毛白杨愈伤组织进行诱导,结果表明,苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、几丁质酶和β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶均能被有效诱导,几丁质酶和β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶活性在诱导处理后4h出现最高峰,而PAL活性则在48h出现峰值。2种激发子诱导效果对比,经部分酸解的激发子诱导作用更强。
The level of phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL), chitinase and β-N-acetyle-D-glu-cosaminidase in Populus tomentosa callus were reducted by both two elicitors produced from Dothiorella gregaria . Chitinase and β-N-acetyle-D-glucosaminidase had their highest points at the fourth hour after reduction, but PAL had the point at about the 48th hour. With the contrast of reduction results by two elicitors, it was found that elicitor hydrolyzed by HCl was more effective.
