美国白蜡树绿叶期扦插生根试验

Test on Shoot Cutting of Fraxinus americana During Greenery Period

采用美国白蜡树绿叶期1年生带叶的木质化枝条作插穗、1%的生根粉作生根促进剂、石至石作扦插基质、夜间补光处理的方法进行扦插试验,平均生根率达85%～90%,当年生苗高达85cm左右。

The cutting test of Fraxinus americana is undergone using annual lignified shoots as the cutting fringe during greenery period,1%rooted powder as the rhizogenic accelerant,Zhishi as the cutting ground substance,and the measure of supplementing lights by night.The results show that the average rooted ratio of the cutting shoots reaches 85%～ 90%,the seedling's height can get about 85 cm and the proportion of certified seedlings is also quite high.
