高效液相色谱法测定芩桔益肺胶囊中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in Qin Jie Yi Fei Capsule by HPLC

目的:测定芩桔益肺胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。方法:高效液相色谱法。十八烷基键合硅胶柱;流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50:50:1);检测波长:278nm。结果:在0.2～1.0μg检测范围之间,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程Y=3841038X—259351.3,r=0.99996。平均回收率为100.86％、RSD=20.8％(n=6)。结论:方法简便、快速、准确,可作为质量控制方法。

Objective:To establish the determination method of baicalin in Qin Jie Yi Fei Capsule. Methods:In this method ODS C_(18) column was used, methanot-water-glacial acetic acid (50:50:1) was used as a mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 278 nm. Results:The detection range is 0.2～10μg. There is a good linear relationship between consistence and apex-area. The regress equation is Y=3841038X—259351.3,r=0.999 96. The recovery of the added sample was 100.86%, and RSD was 2.8%(n=6). Conclusion,This method is simple and the result is reliable.
