小型石化企业生产废气的处理方法

Waste Gas Treatment of Small Petrochemical Plants

针对小型石化企业生产不连续、不密闭、产品种类多、废气类型多、污染严重的特点 ,提出了一种吸收 (吸附 )法治理废气污染的方法。从设计处理流程和处理设备、选择吸收剂、确定操作方式等环节上保证废气处理达标 ,设备简单、操作灵活、适应性强 ,其设备投资和操作费用分别为年产值的 0 .4 %和 0 .1%。该方法已在一个小型石化企业成功应用。

An absorption process is proposed for the treatment of waste gas of small petrochemical plants which are characterized by non-continuous open-loop operation, multiple products and multiple wastes production and severe pollution. The process, equipment, selection of absorbent and unit operation are studied in detail to ensure that the treated gas meet the environmental standard. The process is simple in equipment and easy in operation. The investment of equipment and operating costs are 0.4% and 0.1% of the production value respectively. This process has been applied successfully in a small petrochemical plant.
