摘要 目的 探讨G蛋白偶联内向整流钾通道亚基 2 (GIRK 2 )在颞叶癫疒间 大鼠海马内的表达变化。方法 应用腹腔注射海人酸致疒间 大鼠 ,采用原位杂交法检测大鼠海马GIRK 2mRNA的表达。结果 GIRK 2mR NA在癫疒间 大鼠海马齿状回表达增加 ,与正常对照组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 癫疒间 大鼠海马内GIRK 2增高是机体对神经元网络过度兴奋的代偿反应。 Objective To explore the expression of G protein inwardly rectifier potassium channels subunit 2(GIRK*!2) in hippocampus of temporal epileptic rat.Methods After temporal lobe epilepsy was induced by kainic acid (KA), we took advantage of in situ hybridization to investigate the altered expression of GIRK*!2 mRNA in rat hippocampus.Results GIRK*!2 mRNA significantly increased in epileptic rats dentate gyrus region compared with normal control( P<0.01).Conclusion Altered expression of GIRK*!2 mRNA is an adaptive response to the over-excitability of neuron networks in epilepsy.
