摘要
目的 了解珠海市 7~ 18岁在校学生营养不良发生率 ,为制定中小学生的膳食计划提供科学依据。方法 采用随机整群抽样方法 ,抽取珠海市 7~ 18岁在校学生 170 5人 ,进行身高和体重的测量 ,并根据身高标准体重评价其营养状况。结果 珠海市 7~ 18岁在校学生的营养不良发生率为 2 4 0 8% ,以轻度营养不良为主 ;女生营养不良的发生率 ( 30 0 8% )明显高于男生 ( 18 2 9% ) ;各年龄营养不良发生情况大致相似 ,小学年龄阶段 ( 7~ 12岁 )、初中年龄阶段 ( 13~ 15岁 )和高中年龄阶段 ( 16~ 18岁 )的营养不良发生率差异无显著性 (P>0 0 5 )。结论 营养不良问题在中小学生中普遍存在 ,影响着学生的健康 ,应引起高度重视。加强中小学生营养健康教育和膳食管理 。
Objective To determine the status of malnutrition in urban Zhuhai school students from 7 to 18 years of age, in order to establish the meal plan for school students more scientifically Methods By random clustered sampling, 1705 school students aging from 7 to 18 years in urban Zhuhai were chosed and their height and weight was measured, then nutritional status was assessed by using the indicator weight for height (W/H) Results The overall prevalence of malnutrition in the students in urban Zhuhai was 24 08%, and the type of malnutrition is mostly mild malnutrition Chi sq tests indicate that prevalence of malnutrition was higher among schoolgirls (30 08%) than among schoolboys (18 29%), but no significant difference was found among the prevalence of malnutrition in primary schools, junior school and high school ( P>0 05 ) Conclusion It is observed that malnutrition are still major health problems in school students and therefore, an appropriate nutrition intervention to improve the nutrition situation of the students is recommended
