大肠癌中CD44V6的表达及其临床意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of CD44V6 in Colorectal Cancer

目的 观察大肠癌中CD44V6的表达 ,并探讨其表达与大肠癌生物学行为关系。方法 应用S P免疫组织化学技术 ,对 93例大肠癌组织中CD44V6进行检测。结果 正常大肠黏膜不表达CD44V6。大肠癌中CD44V6表达阳性率为 63 .4%( 5 9/93 )。还显示大肠癌中CD44V6表达阳性率与组织学类型无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而与分化程度、Dukes分期相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与淋巴结状态密切相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 大肠癌组织中CD44V6的过度表达促进肿瘤的浸润和转移 。

Objective To observe the expression of CD44V6 in colorectal cancer and to investigate its relationship with biological behavior. Methods S P immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of CD44V6 in 93 cancer, and 10 normal tissue.Results The positive rates of CD44V6 63.4%(59/93) in colorectal cancer. CD44V6 not observed in normal tissue. The positive rates of CD44V6 expression in colorectal cancer are associafed with differentiation grade and with the lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage ( P <0.05 ),but did not correlate with histological type. Expression of CD44V6 closely is associated with the lymph node metastasis ( P <0.01). Conclusion The CD44V6 overexpression promotes the invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinomas.
