烧伤3144例临床分析

The Analysing of 3144 Cases Burn

目的 探讨烧伤的临床特点。方法 对我们 1993年 1月— 2 0 0 2年 12月收治的 3 14 4例烧伤患者进行分析。结果 ( 1)烧伤者以小儿、民工居多 ;夏秋季好发 ;热液、火焰为主要致伤原因 ;大部分入院时间较晚。 ( 2 )吸入性损伤、休克、全身性感染、多脏器功能衰竭 (MOF)是主要的合并伤及主要的并发症 ,也是主要的死亡原因。结论 加强烧伤的防护意识 。

Objective To study the clinic feature of burn.Methods To analyse the 3 144 cases of burn (January 1993 to December 2002 ). Results In the cases,chirldrens and farmer workers are major,summer and autumn is major season of the disease,hot liquid and fire is the major injury cause.Inhalation injury shock,general infection and MOF are the symphysis injury and the complication,it is the major death cause too.Conclusion It is necessary to protect from burn with special care and to get treatment without delay after injury.
