利用筋膜皮瓣早期修复关节部位电击伤

The Tissue Reconstruction of Electrical Injury of Joint in Early Phase by Fascia Skin Flap

目的 探讨关节部位电击伤的早期修复方法。方法 早期采用各种筋膜皮瓣修复关节部位电击伤。结果 92个筋膜皮瓣中 ,89个转移后血运良好 ;除 5个皮瓣下出现慢性窦道 ,其余伤口均一期愈合。获得半年以上随访的 43例 ,75个筋膜皮瓣 ,均见皮质柔软、弹性好、关节活动自如。结论 早期利用各种筋膜皮瓣修复电击伤 ,有利于四肢关节功能的恢复。

Objective Electrical injury often damage local tissue structure and function,the tissue reconstruction is a hard word.The tissue reconstruction was probed in early phase,with electrical injury of joint.Methods Using several fascia skin flap to restore the electrical injury of joint in early phase.Results Good blood supply was founded in 89 of 92 fascia skin flaps.All the injuries licaled by first intention except that chronic fistulas appeared in 5 flaps.There were 43 cases that were followed up longer than 6 months,and 75 flaps were soft and elastic,allowing free articular moving.Conclusion It is advantageous to restore funetion of joint,using fascia skin flap to restore the electrical injury in early phase.
