摘要
目的 修订新兵明尼苏达多项人格调查表 ,建立适合新兵的心理测量工具。方法 利用宋维真等人修订的MMPI中国版问卷 ,对某部740名新兵进行测试 ,并进行项目分析、因素分析、信度和效度检验。结果 项目分析删去 14 8个区分度 <0 .2的项目。因素分析的结果与宋维真报道的MMPI中国普通人因素分析结果基本一致 ,13个分量表的内部一致性信度平均为 0 .74(只有Mf的信度较低 ) ,重测信度为 0 .75~ 0 .91,达到心理测量学的要求 ;各分量表的相关系数为 0 .96~ 1.0 0之间 ,表明该量表修订前后具有较高的相容效度。结论 新兵明尼苏达多项人格调查表信度、效度良好 ,适合于新兵 。
Objective To build to be fitful for recruits' psychometric tool and develop the MMPI Scale of Air Force recruits. Methods A total of 740 recruits were assessed with Chinese MMPI Scale developed by Song Weizhen. Item analysis and factor analysis were done Reliability and validity were examined. Results 148 items whose discrimination index was less than 0.2 were deleted in the item analysis. Statistical analysis showed that the data of the sample was accorded with the Chinese population reported by Song Weizhen.The mean internal consistence reliability of all of vice-scales was 0.74(that of Mf scale was lower).The test retest reliability was from 0.75~0.91.All results were suitable for the demands of psychometrics.The correlative coefficient of the vice scales was between 0.96 and 1.00. It showed a high correction between the sample and Chinese soldiers. Conclusion The study showed the reliability and validity of the scale were perfect and it was suitable for recruits.
