摘要
基于图像处理与机器视觉技术,设计了一个实时视频监控系统。并对该系统基本构成、工作原理及图像变化检测的算法进行了研究。结果表明,系统能较好地完成自动检测场景变化功能。
This paper is an introduction to the design of a real-time visual surveillance system based on image processing and computer vision technology. The system can implement real-time visual surveillance, automatically detect scene change and store image data in a compressed way, so as to better assist people to carry out surveillance. The paper introduces the system construction and working principle, with an emphasis on a new algorithm on image change detection. The testing result is also presented.
