摘要
目的探讨颅内多发动脉瘤的临床特点及诊治要点。方法采用回顾性分析对18例共39个颅内多发动脉瘤临床资料进行分析。结果女性13例,男5例,以1cm左右直径多见,全部经开颅手术治疗,疗效优良率83%(15/18)。结论①本组颅内多发动脉瘤多发于女性;②中等大小动脉瘤较常见,主要发生在前循环;③手术治疗效果较理想;④微型动脉瘤极易漏诊;⑤手术应先处理出血侧或易出血侧动脉瘤,并注意手术技巧及要点。
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics as well as key points of diagnosis and treatment of multiple intracranial aneurysms (MIAs). Method The clinical and imaging data of 18 patients with 39 aneurysms were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 18 patients with MIAs, 13 were female and 5 male. The aneurysms about 1 cm in diameter were common among the MIAs. The excellent and good rate of operative treatment was 83% (15/18) in 18 patients with MIAs. Conclusions ①The MIAs are more common in female than that in male. ②The aneurysms of medial size are common among MIAs, which mainly located in anterior communicating artery. ③Surgical outcomes for MIAs were satisfactory. ④The diagnosis of the small aneurysms of MIAs is easily overlooked. ⑤Therapeutic priority should be given to the ruptured or easily bleeded aneurysms and surgical skills and strategies are important to the operative sucess.
