The Fundamental Way Out of Increasing the Incomes of Farmers Lies in Urbanization

要解决"三农"问题,仅仅局限于农业这个小圈子是不够的,仅仅依靠农业本身来挖掘增收潜力也是有限的,我们要立足于中国的国情,通过农民的非农化,转移农村剩余劳动力,减少农村人口数量,实现农业规模经营,提高农业劳动生产率,增加农民收入。为了促进农民非农化,必须加快推进城镇化建设。

Only developing agriculture and tapping potentialities of increasing income is not enough to solve the problems of agriculture,village and peasants. We should base ourselves upon the condition of our country to solve them by non-farming of peasants, transferring the surplus labor force of village, reducing quantities of peasants, realizing the large-scale management of agriculture, developing the labor productivity of agriculture and increasing the income of peasants. We must accelerate the process of urbanization to increase the non-farming of peasants.
