Accelerate Coustruction of the Transport Channels of the Export in Heilongjiang Province

90年代以来,黑龙江省出口运输通道进入快速发展时期,形成了以哈尔滨为中心的四通八达的出口通道。东北亚地区国家间运输通道的合作以及东北老工业基地的振兴为出口通道的建设提供了千载难逢的机遇。为进一步对外开放、扩大贸易,建立大通道、大通关成为当务之急。

Since the 1990s we have formed the export channels from all quarters with Harbin at the center in Heilongjiang province. The cooperations among the regions and countries in Northeast Asia and invigorating Northeast old industrial bases make the construction of export channels gain a golden opportunity. It is the urgent task on hand to build the important channels for opening wider to the outside world and expanding the scale of the trade.
