摘要
在跨栏跑教学中,针对学生“怕栏”的心理障碍,采用实验的方法,运用心理控制教学方案,加强跨栏跑教学的系统性,减少不良心理反应。实验后对学生跨栏跑进行测试,成绩提高显著。 这对我们从事跨栏跑的教学与训练具有指导意义。
In regard to the fact that many students fear to practise the hurdle in physical class, the study is to investigate the cause of it by using experimental research and psychological control to explore a way to eliminate the fear reaction. So a reasonable and systematical teaching trogram could be provided to eliminate the students' fear reaction. The result of the experiment proves to be practical and helpful in hurdle teaching.
