Clinical Study of Glucocorticoid in the Treatment of Idiopathic Interstitial Pneumonia

目的 探讨用常规剂量糖皮质激素治疗特发性间质性肺炎 (IIP)的临床疗效。方法 根据 36名 IIP患者呼吸困难程度、拍常规胸片、血气分析及运动肺功能后给出临床 -影像 -生理 (CRP)评分 ,经口服强的松 0 .5 mg· kg- 1 · d- 1 一个月后复查 CRP评分。结果 经口服强地松治疗 ,IIP患者 CRP评分与治疗前相比有明显下降 ,进行配对 t检验 ,测 CRP评分下降有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 运用 CRP评分系统作为疗效指标进行研究 ,糖皮质激素可作为

Objective To investigate the effects of glucocorticoid in the treatment of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia patients.Methods Thirty-six patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia were treated with glucocorticoid for one month and were then counterchecked for their composite clinical-radiographic-physiologic (CRP) scores. Results Before and after one month of the treatment, the CRP scores were, respectively, 54.27 (8.65) and 36.46 (5.79): P<0.001.Conclusion Glucocorticoid was reserved for patients exhibiting stabilization or objective improvement. The treatment of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia by glucocorticoid should be the first choice.
