摘要
对利用耐热保护剂制成的新城疫病毒冻干品的研究表明 :制品在 3 8℃条件下 8、14和 2 1d ,其中较理想一组冻干病毒的EID50 / ( 0 .1ml)由 10 6 .33分别下降为 10 3.6 7、10 4 .33、10 3.6 7。
The heat-resisting protections of Newcastle Disease Virus in the freeze-drying exposure 38?℃for 8 days,14 days and 21 days, EID 50/(0.1?ml) of the best protection was decreased from 10 6.33 to 10 3.67,10 4.33 and 10 3.67.The result will be a hard stone for studying on the heat-resisting protections of Newcastle Disease Virus vaccine.
