Reason and Countermeasure of the Transfer of Rural Surplus Labor Force

从理论和实证两个方面对我国农村剩余劳动力转移的成因进行了分析 ,指出造成农村剩余劳动力转移的原因主要有产业结构、消费结构和收入等 3个因素。同时 ,笔者又针对成因 。

In this paper, there were mainly three factors causing the transfer of the rural surplus labor force from the rural to downtown: industrial structure, consumption structure and income etc, which were analyzed in two respects: the theory and the real example. Meanwhile, the countermeasure analysis was conducted on the basis of fully considering the national conditions of our country according to the cause of its formation.
