黄芪与砒石同服减少砒石对大鼠血细胞和骨髓细胞影响的观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :观察黄芪与砒石同服减少砒石对大鼠血细胞及骨髓细胞的影响。方法 :3 2只SD大鼠随机分成 4组 :( 1)空白对照组 (正常对照 ) ,( 2 )砒石对照组 (用 10mg/kg剂量 ) ,( 3 )砒石 +黄芪 ( 7.6g/kg)低剂量组 ,( 4 )砒石 +黄芪 ( 15 .2g/kg)高剂量组 ,每天灌胃给药 1次 ,连续喂养 8周 ,后处死。用血细胞计数仪检测外周血血细胞数量及血红蛋白量 ,用流式细胞仪检测骨髓的细胞周期。结果 :Ⅰ 白细胞、红细胞 :( 1)组显著高于 ( 2 )组和 ( 3 )组 (P <0 .0 1) ;( 2 )组非常显著低于 ( 3 )组和 ( 4 )组 (P <0 .0 1) ;( 3 )组与 ( 4 )组比较 ,( 4 )组又高于 ( 3 )组 (P <0 .0 1)。血小板和血红蛋白 :( 1)组显著高于 ( 2 )组 (P <0 .0 1) ;( 2 )组非常显著低于 ( 3 )组和 ( 4 )组 (P <0 .0 1)。Ⅱ G1/G0 :( 1)组与 ( 2 )组和 ( 3 )组 ( 4 )组差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;( 2 )组与 ( 3 )组和 ( 4 )组比较差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;( 3 )组和 ( 4 )组比较差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;S :( 1)组与 ( 2 )组比较差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;( 2 )组与 ( 3 )组和 ( 4 )组比较差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;G2 /M :( 1)组与 ( 2 )组和( 3 )组比较差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;( 2 )组和 ( 3 )组与 ( Objective:To observe the effect of oral administration of Astragalus membranaceus (AM)and arsenolite on arsenolite induced inhibition of blood and marrow cells in rats.Methods:Thirty two SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:group I (blank group),groupⅡ(10 mg/kg of arsenolite),group Ⅲ(arsenolite plus 7.6 g/kg of AM),and group IV(arsenolite plus 15.2g/kg of AM).Arsenolite or AM were taken orally once a day ,and the rats were bred in 8 successive weeks.Peripheral blood cells and hemoglobin contents,and cell cycle of marrow cells were measured by hemacytometer and flow cytometry,respectively.Results:(1)Erythrocytes and leucocytes were significantly higher in group Ⅰ,groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ,and group Ⅳ than those in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ,group Ⅱ,and group Ⅲ,respectively( P <0.01).(2)Platelets and hemoglobin contents in groups Ⅰ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were superior to those in group Ⅱ( P <0.01) (3)There were obvious differences in G1/G0 phase ratios between group Ⅰ and groups Ⅱ,Ⅲand Ⅳ( P <0.05),between group Ⅱ and groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ( P <0.01),and between group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ( P <0.01).(4)There were statistical differences in S phase ratios between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ( P <0.01),and between group Ⅱ and groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ ( P <0.01).(5)There were statistical differences in G2/M phase ratios between group Ⅰ and groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ ( P <0.01),and between group Ⅱ and groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ ( P <0.01).Conclusion:AM improves arsenolite induced inhibition of blood and marrow cells in rats,so it could protect the hematopoietic system from arsenolite poisoning.
