经尿道前列腺电切术与等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生疗效比较 被引量:11

摘要 目的:比较经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术 (PKRP)与经尿道前列腺电切术 (TURP)治疗前列腺增生症 (BPH)的临床疗效。 方法:PKRP术治疗 BPH74例 ,TURP术治疗 BPH 12 7例 ,对两种术式的临床效果进行比较。 结果 :对于相同体积的前列腺腺体 ,采用两种方法所需的手术时间、IPSS减分率、尿流率及病人术中血压、血氧饱和度值的差异均无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。但行 PKRP术的病人术中出血量更少 ,术后无低钠血症及水中毒(TURS)等并发症的发生。 结论:两种经尿道手术都是治疗 BPH的有效方法。 PKRP具有安全性高、对机体生理功能影响小的优点 ,且治疗 BPH的适应证范围也较广。 Objective: To compare the clinic efficacy of operation of transurethal plasma kinetic resection of prostate (PKRP) with TURP for BPH. Methods: To review and compare the clinic efficacy of 74 patients with BPH treated by PKRP and 127 patients treated by TURP. Results: there were no significant difference in the duration of procedure,the postoperative IPSS and the urinary flow rate between two groups. Compared with TURP, PKRP seemed to be less in operative bleeding and damage of prostate surgical membranes. No TURS occurred in PKRP. Conclusions: Two operations both are useful for the treatment of BPH. PKRP appeare to have an advantage of more safety and easier blood controls with less physical damage and complication.
