摘要
目的 :研究探讨氟砷共存对大鼠子代健康的影响。方法:采用两代一窝繁殖实验的方法 ,测定 Wistar大鼠暴露于氟砷后其子代血液中脂质过氧化水平和抗氧化能力以及微量元素含量。结果 :SOD和 GSH- Px活性随着暴露剂量的增加而降低 ,而 L PO含量却逐渐增加。血清铜 (Cu)、锌 (Zn)、硒 (Se)和锰 (Mn)浓度随着氟砷剂量的增加而降低。 结论 :氟砷染毒可引起大鼠子代的氧化性损伤 。
Objective: To research the effects of the fluoride arsenic exposure on the rats' offspring. Methods: The levels of lipid peroxidation and the abilities of antioxidation and the microelements in the blood were determined with the method of two generation one nest reproductive test. Results: The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) in the blood were decreased, but the concentration of lipid peroxides (LPO) was increased when increased of exposed dose. The contents of cupper(Cu)、 zinc(Zn)、 selenium(Se) and manganese(Mn) in the serum were decreased when increased of exposed doses. Conclusion: Fluoride arsenic exposure can cause the oxidative damage and affect the levels of microelements in serum of the rats' offspring
