摘要
目的:探讨新城鸡瘟病毒 (NDV )修饰的自体肿瘤细胞疫苗 (ATV - NDV)的作用机制及临床意义。 方法 :用 NDV对自体肿瘤细胞进行活化、修饰、灭活后制备成肿瘤疫苗 ,用 EL ISA法对 5 2例肿瘤患者手术前后及免疫接种后外周血清中的 SIL- 2、IL- 2 R、IL- 6和 TNF进行检测 ,并与正常对照组进行比较。 结果:5 2例肿瘤患者IL- 2 R、IL- 6、TNF水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而 SIL- 2水平明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。患者手术后 IL- 2 R、IL- 6较手术前明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,SIL- 2、TNF较手术前有所降低 (P >0 .0 5 )。经免疫接种 ,患者 SIL- 2较接种前明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,而 IL- 2 R、IL- 6、TNF较接种前明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 :经 NDV修饰的 ATV- NDV是一种免疫源性高和安全有效的免疫制剂 ,具有针对性强、特异性高的优点 。
Objective: To evaluate the anti tumer machanism and clinical significance of Newcastle Disease Virus modified autologous tumor cell vaccine (ATV NDV). Methods: The serum level of SIL 2、IL 2R、IL 6 and TNF expressions were detected with ELISA from 52 cases of tumor patients which were active immunotherapy by ATV NDV in pre operation、post operation and after immunization espectively. Results: In pre operation, the serum level of IL 2R、IL 6 and TNF were higher than the control group, but SIL 2 lower than that. In the fourteenth day after surgery the serum levels of IL 2R、IL 6 increased significantly while SIL 2、TNF were no significant differences. After immunization, the serum level of SIL 2 increased significantly, but IL 2R、IL 6 and TNF decreased significantly than before immunization. Conclusion: ATV NDV was a safe, effective and high specially immune pharmaceutics。 It can improve the patient anti tumor immune response
