病毒性心肌炎与血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平的关系研究

The study of relationship between virus myocarditis and tumor necrosis factor

目的:探讨细胞因子 TNF-α与病毒性心肌炎的关系。方法:采用放免法检测 31例病毒性心肌炎患者和 32例正常人的血清肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF-α)的水平。 结果 :TNF-α的血清水平在病毒性心肌炎组均明显高于正常对照组 ,并且急性期 >亚急性期 >恢复期。结论 :TNF- α参与病毒性心肌炎的心肌细胞炎性损伤过程 。

Objective: To analyze serum levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in patients with acute viral myocarditis (VM) and determine its effects on the pathogenesis of VM. Methods: The serum levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF α) from 31 patients with virus myocarditis and 32 of healthy people were studied by radioimmunoassay. Result: The result showed that the serum levels of TNF α were remark higher than of normal group, with significant differences in various periods with virus myocarditis, and correlated with the severity of virus myocarditis. Conclusion: It proves that TNF α take part in the occurrence and development of virus myocarditis,the change of concentration of TNF α maybe have double function.
